Sorry for the delay!

Alright friends...I know I'm a little behind on the blog but we've been extremely busy with work and a little bit of play. Travis and I went home last week to spend time with family and friends. We celebrated my dad's 50th birthday at the K-State vs. KU football game with our ENTIRE family present. We also took family pictures for the first time in MANY, MANY years. They turned out great and a HUGE thank you to Dave's dad and mom for taking the photos. It was an amazing time and went all to fast as usual.

In the meantime, we also found out that Michele has accepted a job with Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD here in Fort Worth and we will be having not one, but TWO roomates starting THIS TUESDAY!! Michele and Oliver (her cat) will be moving down to live with us as she ventures out into the real world! Thanks for the one week notice, sis! :) It's been a while since I've posted pictures of the house as we have been crazy busy. Hopefully less than 30 days and we'll be moved in to our new place. Over the last two weeks, our contractors have been busy starting the interior of the home. The house is now sheetrocked and textured, and the custom cabinets have already been installed and stained on site. As you can see, the driveway and our extended back patio have been set up and are ready to be poured. They should be painting this next week and the countertops should be installed as well. That leaves (for big items) the flooring and exterior landscaping to be done! I'll try to keep y'all posted as we move forward.
At least our guys have fun while they're working
